I have a strong background in yoga, pilates, and postural correction exercises, which I incorporate into tailored rehabilitation plans. My focus is not just on relieving pain but on identifying and addressing the daily movement patterns that may be contributing to discomfort—whether it's how you sit, walk your dog, garden, or even sleep.
